Use this page if you cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it. If you are signed in, you can also delete your account directly in the app from Settings > Delete Account.
After we verify the account holder, Jymer deletes the app account and associated personal data within 30 days. We may retain booking, payment, tax, security, or fraud-prevention records where legally required or needed for transaction history, with profile details removed or anonymized where possible.
