Welcome to Jymer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jymer mobile application ("App") operated by Jymer ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Jymer App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jymer. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Booking Services

4.1 How Bookings Work

Jymer connects players with venue owners for court bookings. We act as an intermediary platform and are not the direct provider of court facilities.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

• Bookings may require venue owner approval
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is processed and you receive confirmation
• Venue owners may set their own availability and pricing

4.3 Cancellation Policy

4.4 Group Bookings

• Group booking creators are responsible for coordinating with participants
• Participants who leave before the deadline receive refunds for their share
• The creator is responsible for any remaining unpaid balance

5. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• All prices are displayed in the local currency (AED)
• Platform fees may apply to bookings
• Cash payments may be available at some venues (arranged directly with venue)

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Create fake bookings or abuse the booking system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or venue staff
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated systems to make bookings
• Post false reviews or ratings
• Share your account with others

7. Venue Owner Terms

If you are a venue owner using Jymer:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your venue and court information
• You must honor confirmed bookings
• You agree to our platform fee structure for processed payments
• You must maintain appropriate insurance and licenses for your facilities
• You are responsible for the safety and condition of your courts

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Jymer App, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is owned by Jymer or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

• Jymer is a booking platform; we do not own or operate the venues
• We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or quality of court facilities
• We do not guarantee venue availability or booking fulfillment
• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Jymer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question
• We are not liable for disputes between players and venue owners
• We are not liable for injuries occurring at venue facilities

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jymer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, any pending bookings will be processed according to our cancellation policy

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
